I can tell I am starting to slow down a little. My walks aren't as far, I can't run as many errands at a time as I used to, and cleaning the house...ha! That what my husband is for! J/k...kinda :) Actually - overall I still feel really good and can't believe how I'm inching closer to meeting baby Morrowette.
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow - the "long" one where they test for gestational diabetes. I'll let you know next week how it goes! I plan, too, to talk to my doctor about some swelling I have been having in my feet and ankles. I figured I'd swell sometime this summer - I just didn't think it'd be so soon! I am trying to say off my feet at much as possible and elevate them. Oh, the joys of pregnancy!
We were on the hunt for a white dresser for the nursery and then this past week we got an offer for a free one from Peter's cousin. It works perfect in the room! What a blessing! Also, I went to a boutique fundraiser this weekend and got a few little stuff for the nursery, too. So, slowly but surely it's coming along!
We are signed up for a childbirth/infant care class starting in June. We are also signed up to take a breastfeeding class with some friends of ours who are due a month after we are. So, that will be fun. I think the classes will make it all feel more real.
Tune in next week!
Hey Sarah! When you have time email me at mjlamon@gmail.com. I am thinking about you and baby!
