For some reason, I was particularly excited to go to the Fair this year! Probably because my sister and my 2 mo-old nephew were in town and able to come with! Plus, Elora is at such a great age for the Fair. Last year she was a bit hesitant with some parts of it and I don't think she realized how large an actual cow, horse, and pig are. This year she embraced it, loved the animals, ate a ton of fair food, played in a giant sandbox, participated in a "little farm hands" activity, and much more.
The weather was amazing. Slightly cool (needed a light sweatshirt), but comfortable, party cloudy, and no rain while we were there. There was so much more I wanted to see at the Fair, but after 5 hours our little one was starting to melt down (cue:quickly go home!!). Plus, rain was on the way.
