Last weekend was my birthday! Peter and I were supposed to go out for a nice celebration dinner on Friday night but we both were home in bed with the stomach flu! Thankfully Peter's mom was at our house and kindly spent the night so that she could help take care of Elora while we were down and out. I was, however, able to celebrate on my actual birthday (Sunday) with girlfriends. We went to the newly located
Figlio's for happy hour and did a little shopping beforehand. Afterwards, I came home a made-from-scratch lemon chiffon cake my sweet husband made! Here are a few pics from the b-day!
